Does “Price Reduced” in Listing Really Help Sale?

Does “Price Reduced” in Listing Really Help Sale?

Signpost with questions

Q: Does lowering the asking price and advertising as “PRICE REDUCED” actually result in an increase of interest and inquiries, or does it make potential buyers wonder why?

A: I feel advertising with the “reduced price” helps sell the home. Buyers then know why your home is still on the market. I tell my clients to price your home as close to market value as possible. If your home has not sold in 45 days you need to look at a price reduction. When you start receiving offers on your home is when you know you are priced correctly and you have hit market value. Good Luck!! – Sandy
